I’m EcSTATIC!!!!

So, I’ve found out in the last 5 and a half years living in our house that I SO love flowers and a beautiful garden…but I am no GREEN thumb!

I think I enjoy it enough to put some work into it, but when it doesn’t go right, or needs a lot of extra TLC….certain plants don’t thrive – or survive.

I have BEUTIFUL hydrangeas that are the envy of my neighbors (I’ll post some pics when they start blooming….they are SOO gorgeous an

d make my heart sing when I see them) I do truly love Hydrangeas, but they are only my second favorite garden flower. My first is the Columbine….I LOVE LOVE LOVE Columbines! They are so unique and intricate, and I love the colors….blah blah blah, I could go on! LOVE THEM!

I have wasted a lot of money trying to get them to grow in my garden. I’ve bought seeds and started them in a greenhouse, then planted them all, I’ve bought already rooted plants, planted them all, and just bought plain old seeds and planted them all….and they all have died!!!
But the other day, when we came home from church OH MY WORD!!! a little tiny Columbine was starting to bloom!!!!

I love it! This came from a seed I planted LAST summer or Fall, and isn’t it beautiful??? I love it! It makes me so happy!

(We’ll not discuss the other 30 seeds that did not bloom!)
