Exercising...
So I dusted off the Treadmill tonight - litterally.
I don't exercise much during wedding season as I am already running around like crazy, and every free moment needs to be spent on someone's wedding photos.
However, with weddings slowing down (a bit) and the Holiday (foods) coming, I decided no more excuses. If I want to have yummy holiday food, then I need to start "moving more".
I have really mixed feelings about exercising. I mostly 90% do not like it! I mean it feels like torture mostly. At first (with an ipod) I don't mind running, it's somewhat of a release...then about 15-18 mins into it, I feel like I am going to die... I am sore, tired, my face is dripping with
sweat and I just want to stop - but I have to make it to 30 mins to make all my work worth it....THEN the next day I am sore SORE.....I've decided THAT's why I don't like to exercise. I mean who wants to cause your self pain????
Anyways...I am back on the wagon, and hopefully I can stay motivated... =o)

maybe we can help each other stay motivated!
Great job Shannon! I didn't know that you liked to run : ) My best tip would be to cover the time and keep your mind occupied with something else. I really like listening to podcasts or great praise music while I run. It makes my run go faster and is more enjoyable!
Amber - Okay - Let's check up on each other!
HA! Susy! I don't like to run!
I only started about a year ago when I started trying to loose all my baby weight. I like it cause I don't have to go anywhere (not a fan of exercising in public) AND I can do it anytime since it's here in my house. So far it's the only thing that actually helps me loose weight...But I only enjoy it for about 15 mins...then I pretty much hate it! LOL! You sound like you're a running machine!! =o)
Shannon ~ I had this very thought today while I was grocery shopping. I'm having trouble not putting yummy foods in my cart. I was thinking that the least I could do is offset it with a bit of exercise. Good luck to us both!
